It's Half Time: Is the Team Fired Up and Ready to Improve Their Game?

Although it’s the busiest time of the year, mid-season is a great time to make adjustments. Like half time in a football game, the coach looks at the score and decides what’s working well, what’s not working, what adjustments should be made, and predicts what adjustments the competition will make. In the portable restroom business, this may mean changing some routes, trying new sales offers or advertising, adding new services, updating equipment, communicating issues to make sure the entire team is on the same page, and making sure the books will balance for a healthy profit.
